Refund and Exchange Policy
Cases Eligible for Exchange or Refund
Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase and you must bring the following:
- Receipt , Mail
- Payment card
For Model Kits
- Defects in part molding or shape
- Missing or damaged parts from the runner

For Completed Products
- Identical scratched surface
- Missing or damaged parts

Identical parts on both sides

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges and refunds are not allowed in the following situations:
- If the package is damaged or if the internal plastic packaging has been opened.
- For items exchanged through the stamp collection system or purchased with a discount coupon in case of a change of mind.
- If points were used during the purchase, refunds are not available for the product.
For Model Kits
- Weld marks (patterns caused by plastic molding defects) or surface traces unrelated to molding defects are not considered defects and are ineligible for exchange or refund.
Example:
Weld marks or surface traces

- Damage caused after opening the package is not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Products repaired or modified by the customer are ineligible for exchange or refund.
For Completed Products
- Creased or torn packaging, or violations of the internal plastic packaging, are not eligible for exchange or refund due to packaging damage.
- Parts lost or damaged due to customer error are ineligible for exchange or refund.
