Our Crew Membership Is Getting a Refit
A new rewards program is on the way. Your points are coming with you.
Dear Collectable Voyage crew,
When we first opened the shop, we ran a tiered membership with reward points, from Crew all the way up to Captain. A lot has changed since then: more product lines, more countries, and a lot more of you. The old program no longer fits how we work today, so we've taken it back to the dock to rebuild it.
A new membership program is on the way. We're still working out the details and will share them here as soon as they're ready.
✓ Your points are safe
Any reward points already in your account stay there and carry over to the new program. You don't need to do anything.
What's changing
The old tier program. Crew, Sailing Master, First Mate, Quartermaster and Captain tiers are no longer being assigned.
Your existing points. Your current balance stays in your account and moves over when the new program launches.
A new membership program. Launch date to be announced. We'll post the full details on this blog.
