SHIPPING NOTICE

Postal Shipping Delays to Parts of the US and Australia

Peak season is here. Some postal parcels may take a few extra days to leave Korea.

Dear Collectable Voyage crew,

With the holiday peak season starting, Korea Post has told us that air cargo space to some US and Australian sorting centres is running short. Parcels to the areas below are waiting a little longer before they can be loaded onto a flight.

Extra wait+3 to 5 days

UntilFurther notice

The extra time is added before your parcel leaves Korea, so tracking may show no movement for a few days after it's handed to the post office. Your parcel isn't lost. It's in the queue for the next available flight.

Which areas are affected?

USUnited States

  • ZIP codes 00100 to 39999 (East Coast and South)
  • ZIP codes 69999 to 79999

AUAustralia

  • Postcodes 0000 to 2999 (NT, NSW and ACT)
  • Postcodes 4000 to 4999 and 9000 to 9999 (Queensland)

Compare your ZIP code or postcode with the ranges listed above.

What this means for you

  • Your order is still processed and packed as usual. Only the flight out of Korea is delayed.
  • Other countries and other US and Australian areas are not part of this notice.
  • Ordering a gift or something time-sensitive? Email us before you order and we'll suggest a faster shipping option.

We'll update this post as soon as Korea Post tells us the backlog has cleared. Thanks for your patience during the busiest time of the year.
